The 2-Night Getaway is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, parking fees, airfare, room taxes, meals, and any miscellaneous expenses. The unique aspect of the 2-night getaway is that you must choose a destination at least 100 miles away from your residence. The reason for this is to inspire you to travel to a destination outside of your backyard. We encourage you to experience places you've never been, on us.

DiningDough.com is an online network of thousands of restaurants across the U.S., including some of the hottest names in dining. Once you choose the restaurants you'd like to visit, you can redeem for dining vouchers online using your Dining Credit. Not only do you get to visit places you've never been, you also get to dine where you've never been. Experience new restaurants at your getaway destination of choice, or find certificates for your favorite local restaurants. Your $100 Dining Credit is yours to spend wherever you choose.
1. Activate online. This form is conveniently available online at www.grandnavigator.com. (This is the fastest, easiest and preferred method.)
2. Activate by mail. Complete the validation form provided in the Getaway certificate. Cut out the validation form and drop in the mail. Postage is required. Please allow 30 days for processing.
There is no cost to activate. If activating online, you can print and complete your Vacation Planning Form right away. If activating by mail, the Vacation Planning Form will be mailed to you upon receipt of the validation form.
After activating your certificate, you will request your dates and destinations on the Vacation Planning Form. A $50 refundable room deposit, and any applicable child fees must be submitted with your planning form. Please remember, all reservations are subject to availability.
NOTE: You must request your dates/destinations a minimum of 45 days prior to the first desired date of travel. Travel destinations must be at least 100 miles away from your residence.

A: Hotel accommodations vary depending on the location and time of year. Accommodations will be in a national chain hotel, such as Ramada, Quality Inn, Holiday Inn, etc.
A: No. Grand Incentives contractual obligations require them to provide the hotels with a 45-day notice.
A: Grand Incentives is not able to confirm reservations any further than 6 to 9 months out. Reservations submitted further than the 6 to 9 month period will go into a hold file until a later date, and are subject to the room allotment at the time of booking.
A: Once your reservations request is confirmed, your confirmation letter will be sent to you. Confirmations will not be sent more than 35 days prior to check-in. Please do not leave until you have received written confirmation.
A: Yes, as stated on the Details of Participation. #1: "A husband and wife, or cohabitants, must travel together to use this certificate."
A: If you are not married, you may take whomever you choose.
A: No. Unfortunately, as it states in the terms and conditions of your vacation certificate, both you and your guest must be 21 years of age or older to use this certificate.
A: Due to contractual obligations, you will only be able to request a reservation for 2 adults and up to 2 children per room at an additional cost of $10 per child. Children must be under the age of 18.
A: Upon check-in, you are required to show your confirmation letter, a major credit card, and driver's license. You may also use a Government issued photo ID, e.g. Passport or State issued ID.
A: Due to contractual obligations, you will be required to show a major credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals such as telephone, taxes, key deposit, etc... NO DEBIT CARDS ALLOWED.
A: Due to the large number of "no shows" for confirmed bookings, Grand Incentives hotel contracts require them to collect either a processing fee or refundable deposit to insure that the end user is serious about traveling. Please refer to your offer terms and conditions for specific details.
A: As it states on your certificate, this offer is not valid for group travel.
A: Due to Grand Incentives contractual obligations, they are unable to submit a request if you reside within 100 miles of the resort area.
A: Yes. Due to changing availability, Grand Incentives requires you to submit 3 destination choices. You may choose the same date; however, you must choose 3 different locations.
A: Your certificate is valid for hotel accommodations only. It does not include transportation, taxes, meals or any other miscellaneous expenses. Taxes are paid at the hotel upon check-in.
A: You may give this certificate as a gift offer only and prior to booking, providing the recipient meets the terms and conditions of the vacation certificate.
A: To reschedule or change a confirmed reservation, there is a $50 fee. No changes can be made to a confirmed reservation with less than 72-hour notice. Any changes must be made via Grand Incentives Help Desk.
A: To cancel a confirmed reservation, you must provide us with a minimum of 14 days notice. Cancellations less than 14 days will result in the loss of your $50 room deposit. All cancellations must be submitted by written notice.
A: Yes. Expiration date will be printed on your certificate.
A: No. You are not required to attend a presentation. Some of the hotels may have a Welcome Desk or Information Desk set up that you may visit and be offered to attend a presentation for a gift, but it is not mandatory and will not inflict negative repercussions should you choose not to attend. A: In most cases, Dining Certificates are good for one year from the date issued, except in California and where otherwise prohibited by law.

A: When redeeming your Restaurant-Specific dining certificate, the entire amount of the certificate should be used. There is no cash back upon redemption or any other time. Certificates not valid for taxes or tips.
A: Certificate redemption is limited to one certificate per party, per month, per restaurant. Only one Restaurant-Specific Certificate can be used per party, even if the party is seated at separate tables and/or receives more than one check.
A: Restaurant-Specific certificates cannot be combined with any other restaurant certificates, third party certificates, coupons, or promotions.
A: When adding certificates to your cart from www.DiningDough.com, you can choose certificates in increments of $10 to $100. Most certificates are in $10 and $25 increments. When choosing multiple certificates for the same restaurant, they are only redeemable once a month. This does not apply for multiple restaurants.
