We guarantee you the lowest price when you purchase your prepaid Cruise or Vacation Package, accessible via the "Cruises" or "Vacations" tab on www.montrosetravel.com ("Site"). If you find the same cruise or package for less on another website within 24 hours of purchasing one of our prepaid cruise or vacation packages, you could get a credit equal to the difference in price, plus 10% of the difference in price, between our cruise or package and the cruise or package on the other website, up to a maximum claim amount of $100 per Package purchased.

Q. Is it difficult to process a claim?

A. No, it's easy. And our Customer Service Agents are available to provide assistance with your claim. At the time you contact one of our Customer Service Agents, be prepared to provide to the Customer Service Agent specific information about your Cruise or Vacation Package purchase, including, but not limited to, your name, address, credit card information, Cruise or Vacation Package confirmation number, and details about the Comparison Package (defined below). Additional documentation about the Comparison Package offer (screen print, booking details, etc.) may be required if our Customer Service Agent cannot duplicate your results. If our Customer Service Agent asks you to provide additional information to facilitate processing of your claim, such information must be received by the Customer Service Agent within three (3) days following the date you initially contacted a Customer Service Agent.

Q. What should I look for in evaluating a Comparison Package found on another website?

A. Any Comparison Package found on another website must (i) reflect a lower total price, inclusive of all fees and taxes, based upon published rates (in US Dollars); (ii) be viewable and available to individual members of the general public for booking on another website within 24 hours of a Package purchase; and (iii) reveal an itinerary that is identical to our Cruise or Vacation Package; that is, all travel components comprising our Cruise or Vacation Package and the Comparison Package must match exactly, including, but not limited to, cruise or vacation package times and dates, categories, roundtrip flights and class, departure and return cities, dates and times, hotel and room type, rental car company and class, and number and type of travelers. Trip protection coverage may not be included in any package price comparisons.

Q. If my claim is honored, what will I receive?

A. Provided your claim satisfies our conditions, you will receive a credit equal to the difference in price between our Cruise or Vacation Package and the Comparison Package, plus 10% of the difference in those prices, up to a maximum claim amount of $100 per Package purchased.

Comparison Package Described: Any "Comparison Package"

Completing a Claim Form: To receive a credit, you must contact our email or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-MONTROSE within 24 hours following purchase of our Cruise or Vacation Package, and request that a claim be processed. When you contact one of our Customer Service Agents, be prepared to provide to the Customer Service Agent specific information about your Cruise or Vacation Package purchase, including, but not limited to, your name, address, credit card information, Cruise or Vacation Package confirmation number, and details about the Comparison Package. Additional documentation about the Comparison Package offer (screen print, booking details, etc.) may be required if our Customer Service Agent cannot duplicate your results.

Honoring a Claim: If our Customer Service Agent asks you to provide additional information to facilitate processing of your claim, such information must be received by the Customer Service Agent within three (3) days following the date you initially contacted a Customer Service Agent. We must be able to verify, to our satisfaction, that a claim satisfies all conditions of our Guaranteed Lowest Price Program and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been properly submitted. Once we determine that a claim qualifies under the Program, you will receive a credit equal to the difference in price, plus 10% of the difference in price, between our total Package price and the total Comparison Package price, up to a maximum claim amount of $100 per Package purchased. Typically, a credit will be issued to the credit card you used for the purchase of our Package within 10 business days after we verify your eligibility.

Disallowing a Claim/a Dispute: No credit will be processed for any Cruise or Vacation Package purchase which has not been paid in full.

No claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or is otherwise determined to be fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive will be honored, but will be disqualified and denied automatically without any further communication with a customer.

If travel commences before a Package purchase confirmation number has been received from us, the original Guaranteed Lowest Price rate will remain in effect and no further claim processing will occur.

In the event of a dispute regarding the Guaranteed Lowest Price Program, our decision(s) shall be final and binding on all parties.

Claim Exclusions: The following claim exclusions apply to our Guaranteed Lowest Price Program:

No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of a Guaranteed Lowest Price Package shall be permitted, except as may be expressly set forth herein. Currency conversions do not apply.

Guaranteed Lowest Price Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, alter, suspend, or terminate our Guaranteed Lowest Price Program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual or entity found to be tampering with our Guaranteed Lowest Price process or operation of the Program, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use (which are incorporated herein by reference), or in a fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive manner.

The Guaranteed Lowest Price Program may change or be revised at any time without prior notice. A credit issued with respect to any permitted cancellation of a Cruise or Vacation Package, if any, shall be issued based upon the amount paid for the Cruise or Vacation Package, less any adjustments or credits that may have been issued in connection with the Guaranteed Lowest Price Program.
